Your Contribution to Our Mission:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the recruiting process to include: job announcements, interview process, recruiting databases, website & job board postings, job fairs, social media recruitment, and reference checks

  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of position specifications, duties, qualifications and requirements

  • Manage professional level requisitions for cleared and non-cleared personnel

  • Collaborate and interface with various levels of internal and external customers

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified candidates

  • Support proposal efforts by identifying key personnel and extending contingent offers

  • Generate and report on recruitment metrics to management team

To Land This Job, You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required, a technical or engineering degree preferred.

  • At least 5 years' experience recruiting for technical and professional positions in a federal contracting environment

  • Expertise in sourcing within LinkedIn, various subscription databases and other media sources

  • Military experience or experience recruiting military/veteran personnel is a plus

  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline orientated environment

  • Keen attention to detail, superior verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve

  • Must be able to work in high volume and fast paced work environment

  • Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive work ethic

Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain:
