Fortune homes Reality Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Office Administrator on Fixed Salary Basis.
The duties and responsibilities of an Office Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following:
1- Reception duties- answer phone calls, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins.
2- Supplies- maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies.
3- Agent activities- booking of the open houses, preparation of feature sheets, photocopying and filing of all listings and legal documents.
4- Help with duties such as typing, draft letters and other documents.
5- Ensuring all paperwork is forwarded to the appropriate parties.
6- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes and presentations.
7- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
8- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
