Job Description:
Vacancy: Travel Clerk Supervisor
Employer: Flight Express Travel Inc
Job Location: 3208 8th Ave North East #513, Calgary, Alberta, T2A 7V8
Position: Full time/Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $20.70 hourly
Hours: 40 per week
Education: High School
Language: English
Experience required: 2 years in related field
Job Duties:
- Coordinate, assign and review the works of travel clerks
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with cooperative team
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit all related reports
- Train and educate staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and arrange for repair, if required
- Perform the duties for service clerks in emergency or when necessary
- Lead staff meetings and provide solutions to improve travel clerk efficiency and increase sales
- Resolve customer complaints
