Job Description:
We have an amazing opportunity to build dream vacations and business travel with major vendors such as Expedia, Disney, Universal, Carnival Cruises, Sandals & Delta. Online! We are currently looking for Vacation Specialist to work remote booking travel.
Our travel agency has been #1 in travel sales on ExpediaTAAP for the last 4 years!

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities include:
* Booking leisure, domestic and international reservations
* Providing excellent customer service over the phone to clients
* Navigating computerized data entry system and other relevant applications
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a work-from-home call center environment preferred
* Previous travel experience booking air, hotel, car preferred
* Must provide reliable in home high speed internet access
* Must be 18+
* Must be available to attend virtual training classes
* Must be proficient in computer operation and website navigation
* Must be able to multi-task between multiple computer programs
* Must be able to work independently
* Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
* Knowledgeable of general office PC-based programs
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
* Strong judgment and decision-making skills
* Superior negotiating skills
