Job Description:
Our travel agency is searching for a friendly and professional Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you should be passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same. This role involves planning personalized vacations, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client files, and managing clients files, confidential information, etc.
In this position, your goal will be to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. To succeed in this role, you should also possess outstanding negotiation and sales skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Booking leisure, domestic and international reservations
· Provide excellent customer service
· Navigate computer data entry system or other relevant online software for travel bookings or trainings

· Provide high speed internet access in your home
· Must be available to attend one of our virtual training classes and ongoing training via zoom
· Training calls and webinars weekly
· Be proficient in computer operation and website navigation
· Must be able to multi-task between multiple computer programs and website; well organized
· Able to work independently
· Have excellent customer communications skills, both oral and written
· Ability to work in a constantly changing and fun industry
· Strong judgment, decision-making skills and goal-oriented and results-driven
· Great negotiating skills
