Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
3 years of related work experience
Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate schedules, assign work of teams of electricians
Lead, motivate, monitor and oversee teams of electricians to ensure quality work is produced and goals are met
Knowledge of building codes and safety procedures
Train electricians on safety regulations, electrical codes and companys policies
Requisition materials and supplies
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations
Assist with electrical system installations, troubleshooting and repairs as needed
Ensure quality work is perform by electricians
Must ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed
Be able to handle general duties around premises
Maintain records of work and prepare progress reports
