- Meet with customers throughout your assigned territory and establish their irrigation needs
- Promote how you can provide solutions to those growers
- Have a hand in designing and setting up times to install irrigation systems
- Work with management team to put together a sales plan and sales goals
- Provide outstanding follow through and customer service to all clients
- Implement, promote, and support safety and quality policies and procedures
- Four year degree in an Ag-related field
- Previous Ag-related sales experience strongly preferred
- Ability to put together a sales plan with realistic and ambitious goals
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service to clients
