Job Description:

Electrical Design Engineer (Aerospace)


We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with Digital Circuit Design and Aerospace Background to join a growing reliable Electronics and Embedded Systems firm. You must be someone with Experience, focus, and abilities in Mixed-Signal and High-Speed Digital Circuit Design for aerospace and photonics applications.


Responsibilities:



  • Drive component selection, analysis, prototyping, debugging, documentation, manufacturing, and testing.

  • Model and simulate circuit designs for analysis and performance.

  • Support hardware through test, production, integration, and flight.

  • System engineering efforts to ensure the design meets all intents and does not impact other groups or plans.

  • Rapidly design, develop, and test highly reliable electronics for rockets and spacecraft.

  • Develop reports and documentation.


Skills:



  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative problem solver and ability to assess risk into design products.

  • Experience modeling with 3D CAD software

  • Knowledge with software for computational analysis such as Matlab, Mathematica, SQL, Etc.

  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and team focus with extensive organization expertise.

  • Test automation using Python.

  • Superb mathematical skills.


Requirements:



  • Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar Engineering Degree.

  • +7 years of Experience at designing and delivering highly reliable products

  • Experience in designing electrical hardware, full-cycle development of products.

  • Strong understanding in computer languages

  • Expertise at testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.
