Job Description:

Global Head of Toxicology



A well-established pharmaceutical company is seeking a strong, scientific professional with knowledge of novel pharmaceuticals and the development of them. Must possess a deep understanding of the FDA regulations and the guidelines of any other global regulatory agency.


Responsibilities:



  • Plan, design and oversee experimental trials

  • Analyze data results and present them

  • Lead and coordinate teams to carry on trial operations

  • Evaluate and optimize the team's efforts and productivity

  • Keep up to date with relevant literature and ensure the constant education of the team

  • Assist in establishing safety regulations and ensure the implementation of them

  • Act as the global voice of the department and organization

  • Bachelor's in biology, chemistry or any scientific-related field; with relevant post-graduate experience

  • Ph.D. in toxicology or related

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of global regulations and protocols

  • Knowledge and understanding of drug discovery and development

  • Experience of a minimum of 15 years in the field of Toxicology

  • Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams
