A highly-regarded pharmaceutical Company is looking to add a Pharmaceutical Business Development Vice President to their team.
The ideal candidate will generate sales income, market positions and monitor financial growth. They will develop and further penetrate existing accounts, creating new relationships, pipeline and grow profitability within the US.
- Sales income that meets an agreed target
- Create opportunities that meet client requirements
- Strong Sales and negotiating skills
- Manage budgets
- Manage and develop successful relationships with current and potential clients
- High level in Customer Service
- Efficient Project tracking
- Effective liaison with staff and suppliers
- Development of Partnerships Account Database
- Ability to follow a defined sales process and documentation standards
- Current Proven Pharmaceutical and/or Biopharma Experience
- 18+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical commercial role
- Successfully securing sales to achieve targets
- Experience developing and delivering sales strategies
- Successful track record of sales partnership and development management
- Experience providing analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal and influence a wide range of people
- Experience managing and negotiating contracts
- High-level problem-solving skills
