Management is seeking long term personnel with Outstanding Integrity and Character with Customer Commitment. The position requires a candidate who will provide high quality work efforts on a consistent basis to maintain a top rated team to care for a Family Fare Gas Station.
Specifically, the nature of his job requires someone who possesses a commanding personality who will not hesitate to voice control of the store while the owner is not present.
STRONG PERSONALITY WITH DISCIPLINE REQUIRED
Mandatory Requirement:
Reliable Transportation
Constant, Active Lines of Phone Communication at all times
Responsive Communication with Management at all times
Absenteeism must not be a problem (absenteeism are grounds for dismissal)
Duties Include but not limited to:
Proactive Work Ethic
Accurate Cash Registry Entries
Front Face All Cooler Inventory
Restock Refrigerator Coolers, Consolidate Stock, Cooler Cleanliness
Inventory Receipt, Organization, Maintenance
Sweeping/Mopping/Dusting/Store Cleanliness
Restroom Cleanliness/Maintenance
Team Support

Speed & Accuracy in Cashier Experience (1 Year)
Gas Station Experience (1 Year)
Inventory Control Experience (1 Year)
Computer Experience (2 Years)
Essential Skills Requirements:
Ability to work quickly under pressure remaining cheerful and courteous to each customer
Learn quickly, receive and apply directives accurately
Conscientious with time management and overall work procedures
Leave personal matters at home focusing only on the business during his/her shift
Maintain a sharp eye on inventory to minimize any theft
