Job Description:
H.S FASHION LTD located at Unit 175 8138 128 Surrey, BC V3W 1R1 is now hiring two full time and permanent Tailor. The person should have minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in industry. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
Make made-to-measure garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications.
Fit, alter and repair garments as required.
Lay out, cut, sew and press materials to make bridal and formal dresses etc.
Make, alter or re-style fur garments and accessories.
Operate sewing machines or sew by hand.
Select and modify commercial patterns to customers’ and clothing manufacturers’ specifications and fit.
Design patterns to fit measurements.
Mark, cut and sew fabric.
Job Requirements
Education: Completion of Secondary school is required
Language: English
Experience: 2-3 Year of work experience in same field.
Number of Positions- 2
Wage - $ 17 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation Pay.
