KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily operation, including staff, activities and services in a local market team, and ensure service quality and standards are met
• Create schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with in-bound team or other departments
• Assist clients with special requests and needs
• Hire and train new staffs
• Train staffs in job duties, safety procedures and company policies and Identify training needs
• Handle work-related problems and Review on report of customer enquiries and complaints.
• Order materials and supplies
