Independent Agronomy Business needs manager to direct all operations and sales. Currently the business is doing $8-10M/year in fertilizer and chemical sales. The manager would direct all facets of the business and be responsible for the overall P/L. The owners are fairly hands off and expect the location manager to continue growing the business and maintain an excellent presence in the geography. Previous location management experience will be required. Previous sales management experience would be highly desirable. If you understand gross margins and where money is made at ag retail and how to manage your people to get there, this position will provide the compensation and rewards that come with running a business well. The position is part of a multi location operation.
