They are in the midst of a dramatic growth, and need to bring on a highly experienced sales/rental professional in order to come in and wear the hat of "Territory Sales Representative". This growth that they are experiencing is putting too much on their current staff, and a new sales professional will come in with a list of clientele to serve, as well as the ability to target and aggressively market within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have:
- 8-12 years of equipment sales experience
- Experience dealing Caterpillar, John Deere, and/or Komatsu equipment
- "Ground up" knowledge of the industry and the people that make it up
- Flexibility to travel to clients when needed (valid drivers license)
- Experience managing and developing a pipeline
- Budgeting and negotiation skills
- Phenomenal written and oral communication skills
