SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Help Desk Supervisor. The Help Desk Supervisor will offer high level IT support for applications, hardware and connections issues. The Help Desk Supervisor will manage a team of 3 professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Help Desk Supervisor should have at least 5 years of supervisor experience and at least 8 years of experience solving application hardware and software issues.
* The Help Desk Supervisor will be responsible for developing and training staff.
* The Help Desk Supervisor will be responsible for the management of a 24/7 Desktop Support schedule.
* The Help Desk Supervisor will be responsible for evaluating and developing the current staff to ensure that they are meeting company expectations.
* The Help Desk Supervisor should have experience with ManageEngine.
* The Help Desk Supervisor should have experience with Windows and Windows Applications.
