Job Responsibilities & Description for Part-Time Call Center Rep:
- Answer incoming customer service calls
- Order entry
- Answer basic product questions and concerns
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Requirements for Part-Time Call Center Rep:
- Excellent organization skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center environment
- Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
