- Must have 3 - 5+ years of experience in all areas of accounting through general ledger for multiple companies.
- Experience in Sage 50 cloud preferred OR Must Have extensive knowledge with QuickBooks, and Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Responsible for filing Sales tax returns (experience a big plus)
- Knowledge/experience in accounting and reporting for Royalties a big plus.
- Create and posting monthly and quarterly journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements
- Accounts receivable - issue invoices to clients and post payments received
- Accounts payable - issue and post payments
- Recording daily transactions
- Must be extremely organized organized, detailed oriented, self starter and work
- Other duties include: assist owner with light clerical duties, managing paperwork, assist Controller as needed
All candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card / Perm Resident
