Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Fleet Financial Business Analyst will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and presentation of Fleet Financial and Operational related data to identify issues and opportunities, provide recommendations to improve performance, and deliver meaningful analysis and reports. The analyst will also provide support on various projects and programs.

Primary Job Function:

  • Research and collect data from ERP, data warehouse, and other business systems and data stores

  • Develop accurate datasets and provide meaningful analysis, reports, visualizations, and other deliverables

  • Develop and monitor the annual Fleet budget and P&L and perform forecasting and trend analysis

  • Develop and monitor the monthly equipment lease and notes forecast

  • Perform periodic vendor account and invoice reviews to find exceptions

  • Be a key resource in managing the organization's fuel card and bulk fuel programs

  • Be a key resource in the implementation of Oracle JDE for Fleet processes, workflows, and data integration

  • Develop business forms, apps, and other database interfaces as required


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business/Information Systems or related field


  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, extremely organized and detail oriented

  • Exceptional knowledge in MS Excel including external data connections and advanced formulas

  • Experience in MS Access or Power Apps to build business forms and database interfaces preferred

  • Experience in Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle JDE preferred

  • Experience in Fleet and/or Equipment Asset Management preferred
