Job Description:

The Division of Neuromuscular Disorders is seeking a Research Support Coordinator to join a very active clinical research program with multiple ongoing research studies. The primary focus of the work will be on investigator-initiated research in the fields of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and myasthenia gravis (MG). The research support coordinator will work closely with clinical research coordinators, data manager, statistician, clinical staff and the principal investigator.


Acquire an in-depth understanding of the research program and the details of specific research projects Assist with acquisition and maintenance of IRB approval for research studies as needed, including drafting protocol revisions, writing informed consent documents, developing and updating manual of procedures and case report forms Assist with recruitment and enrollment of study participants, coordination of study visits, and collection of study data Maintain accurate and complete source documents and case report forms; assist with data entry into research database Perform other duties as assigned by the PI



Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required


Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
