Job Description:

We have just partnered with a local & long-term successful company. They have an immediate opening for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic.


Duties: As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will perform a variety of diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks, performing journey level field and shop work.


Responsibilities: will include the service and repair of on/off road equipment, medium/heavy duty trucks, emergency maintenance equipment and construction equipment. Additionally, the Heavy Equipment Mechanic will install, test and perform technical and mechanical work; and perform acetylene, arc and electric welding on various types of metals. Work is performed both at the yard and in the field under varying conditions, with occasional overtime and weekend work.


Minimum Qualifications: Sufficient years of experience performing routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on on/off road equipment, automobiles, and trucks. License: Possession of a valid driver's license at the appropriate level including special endorsements, may be required depending upon assignment to perform the essential functions of the position.
