Job Description: Responsibilities •Analyze and engage researched leads with proven methods.
•Generate and qualify leads from cold calling.
•Manage, track and follow up on leads engaging them by telephone, text, email, and social media.
•Facilitate buying of annuities from customers in exchange for up-front cash payment.
•Develop a rapport and the trust of our customers. Handle follow up.
•Listen to our customers and develop solutions that satisfy their issues/needs.
•Make compelling and credible verbal presentations to our customers.
•Manage the customer throughout the process from first call, through funding.
•Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the process.
•Defend transactions from inception to funding.
•Develop book of business for repeat transactions if appropriate.
•Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Job Requirements: Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience; preference given to candidates experienced selling in the mortgage, other financial services vertical/industry, or COLLECTIONS background.
•1-5 years in a professional sales setting
•Experience with project management and administrative tasks
•Self-disciplined
•Highly detail oriented
•Strong follow-up and persistence
•Computer literate
•Highly organized
•Excellent work ethic
•Ability to support processing and legal teams
•Take pride in top-notch customer service
