Key Accountabilities:
 Plan, control and evaluate day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure all purchasing agents meet performance standard
 Provide feasibility advices for current purchasing system to improve efficiency of system and reduce cost.
 Develop policies and procedures of purchasing department.
 Control purchasing department budget, develop negotiation and purchasing strategies to reduce purchasing cost.
 Prepare standard purchasing contract for staff and review specific requirements from Miniso and suppliers.
 Meet with marketing manager to forecast and analysis customers’ shopping tendency, prepare the cost range for productions cost to ensure the profit of Miniso.
 Hire and training new purchasing department staff.


Job Requirements:
Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business administration, commerce or economics is an asset
• 4-5 years of purchasing experience is required.
• 2 years leading experience in purchasing department or company is required.
• Excellent language ability, in both verbally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
