Job Description:

We are a high end CPA firm who is currently seeking an administrative support professional with a background in accounting or finance for our busy location in King of Prussia.

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30pm, with required overtime during tax season.

$40,000 - $50,000 depending upon experience!

Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to our accounting team
- Assisting with financial preparations and supporting the CPA team
- Training will be provided!

- College Degree (Associates or Bachelor's) required. Preferably in Acct, Finance, or Business.
- Strong excel skills with the ability to work with Pivot Tables and Formula's
- Prior training or experience within bookkeeping and/or accounting preferred
- At least 1 years of experience in an administrative role
- Must have excellent communication skills
