The administrative assistant will be providing direct support to the Executive Assistant.
Details for the Administrative Assistant position:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Pay Rate: $18.00-$25.00/hour based upon experience
- Temp-to-Hire position with a well-established company
Job description for the Administrative Assistant:
- Answering phones and screening calls for the executive level team
- Assist with expense reports, processing invoices and managing time sheets
- Calendar management, schedule meetings, appointments and some travel arrangements when required
- Additional ad hoc administrative duties including scanning, preparing reports, email correspondence and creating presentations
Job Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced office setting
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
