This position is Temp to Hire, starting at $15.00/hr.
General Statement of Duties:
- Performs general clerical duties: answering phones, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, emailing and filing.
- Coordinates and maintains records for staff and board of directors.
- Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office.
- Assist with maintaining and organize database.
- Provide support for monthly meetings and weekly staff meetings.
- Associates Degree with two years of administrative experience
- Ability to multi-task; great organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service, writing, and communication skills
- MS Office software knowledge
