A well-established company in the western suburbs is searching for a Support Desk Technician to join the team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years previous Help Desk/PC Support services and have a passion for technology. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work independently as needed. Other primary functions would be supporting and maintain laptop, PC, and Mac hardware and software, including new computer set-up, images, software installation, upgrades and troubleshooting. Experience supporting Apple and Mac environments is essential for this position.
