Account Executive - Concierge

The Account Executive will maintain and grow the Holman Premier Partners client portfolio as well as be responsible for business development. The Account Executive will need to have a strong understanding of Holman offerings and an in-depth knowledge of Holman Retail products, vehicle platforms, services, financing and available inventory. The Holman Concierge Account Executive will be responsible for:
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain and strengthen current HPP relationships
• Grow current lead volume from HPP strategic accounts
• Identify new opportunities with Holman business and community partners
• Present to and work with employees at all levels of our customers organization
• Promote the value of HPP internally and externally
• Partner with retail stakeholders to highlight vehicle incentives, inventory, product restrictions, etc.
• Set up account profiles for all clients outlining expectations and eligibility requirements
• Provide proactive support to dealers outlining any special instructions to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Plan and execute client events to promote the program
• Work with marketing to create strategic marketing initiatives to provide to HPP customers to use to market to their employees
• Maintain HPP and employee websites
• Work with dealership partners to maintain up-to-date HPP pricing matrix and monthly specials
• Monitor and track achievements, identify trends or areas needing improvements
• Ensure high CSI score is achieved on all deals
• Visit HPP customers and prospects, host events and attend client events as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for
• A self motivated innovator with a deep understanding of Holman
• 2-3 years of business development or account management experience
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to work independently and be self motivated
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meeting frequently changing deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in B2B sales
• Ability to engage in local and regional activities to network and develop business opportunities
• Automotive experience a plus
• Great attitude and high energy personality
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Proven track record in outstanding performance of business development
• High functioning ability in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Power Point and Excel
