Position Objectives:

The Business Operations Coordinator (BOC) will work directly with the President and Executive team to ensure the efficiently of the business operations as well as assisting the President in setting strategic goals for the future. Other responsibilities include supporting the Executive Team with project management, business planning, following up on key initiatives, scheduling management and internal and external communications. In addition, the BOC serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President and serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field plus one to two years of related experience.

  • Thorough understanding of business processes and strategy development.

  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% a year.
