New Vision Immigration Consultants Co. Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic Office Clerk as soon as possible.
Job Description
Prepare reports, applications, documents and correspondence
Attend phone calls, respond to client queries and concerns
Provide information regarding company procedures, processes, rules and regulations
Send and receive documents, copy, scan and/or fax them as per needs
Sort documents and save them according to filling system and maintain records
Prepare reports for files, mailing list, database and client meetings
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Other duties as requested by management

Job Location: Unit 213, 12899 80th Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 0E6
Salary: $21/Hour (40 hours/ Week)
