JOB TITLE: Theater Manager
REPORTS TO: Theater General Manager
FLSA STATUS: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
LOCATION: Richmond, TX

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Xscape Theaters is looking to hire a Theater Manager. Do you have theater, restaurant or retail management experience? If so, you might be the perfect file for this role. We are looking for people to join our team that are highly motivated, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office. You will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company. Hours will average up to 25 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Implement and follow company standard operating procedures including; maintenance, cleaning & maintaining a safe environment
Ensure guest service needs are met, adequate staffing and training of all staff members
Create employee schedule that balances financially feasibility and ensures guest satisfaction
Provide direction, coaching and leadership for all employees
Open availability and available to work additional hours when needed
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required
Some College preferred
1 -2 years Management experience preferred
Food Handler card a plus

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
Ability to navigate Point-Of-Sale system preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
