EisnerAmper currently has an opportunity for a Support Specialist to join our growing Managed IT Security Services team!
This position is entry level that will expose the candidate to all facets of our business. They will be tasked with learning and working with our platforms and senior engineers and sales to do tasks such as: contract management, tracking customer orders, scheduling field consulting engagements, handling level 1 client calls, interfacing with sales to engage with our customers and exposure to all the cyber security tools we use and IT audit and risk testing tools.
The individual should have 1-2 years of experience in technology services for a firm or a managed IT service provider The growth path in 1-2 years is to become a level 1, then 2 field consultant and more as our team grows. We are looking primarily in NJ to start and as our team expands across the country opportunities will continue to become available for an individual that is enterprising and hard working.
1-2 years' experience in technology services for a firm or managed IT service provider
Relevant experience in technology, retail sales, accounting/bookkeeping/finance
Strong MS Excel and MS Word are required
Demonstrated interest in IT Security industry
Great attitude and strong work ethic
Great communication and analytical Skills
