Job Description:
With general direction, leads teams in basic to highly complex application development, database design, network, and/or platform (operating system) efforts from a security perspective. Responsible for ensuring that developed systems comply with enterprise and Information Technology (IT) security policies, industry regulations, and best practices. With general direction, leads teams in basic to highly complex procedures (logical and physical access management, deployment and support of security tools, risk and vulnerability assessments, security auditing and monitoring, incident response, setup and maintenance of firewalls, etc.). Ensures the safety of information systems assets and protects systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Researches, designs, and advocates new technologies, architectures, and security products that will support security requirements for the enterprise and its customers, business partners, and vendors. Analyzes business impact and exposure based on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks. Contributes to the development and maintenance of information security strategy and architecture. Provides technical guidance and training to more junior staff. Mentors more junior staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm. Supervises the work of junior staff on project work. Provides management with tracking and status reports, analysis, and metrics on security actions, events, trends, and concerns. Communicates security risks and solutions to business partners and IT staff as needed. Performs other duties as required.

Bachelor's degree.
Applicable information security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, SSCP, CRISC, etc.) is required.
5 years of related experience.

Domestic and international travel may be required.
