Workplace Planning and Change Management Analyst will support analysis and coordination of planning projects and the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of workplace strategy. Additionally, this position will support change management initiatives by understanding how projects impact the end user and developing communication tools to support the user experience. Position supports a variety of project types and requires critical thought, independent problem solving and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish project goals and objectives, including but not limited to, schedule and budget parameters
Develop change management communications for projects
Develop mediums to gather user feedback; ie: workshops, surveys, etc.
Use employee feedback to support implementation of user experience initiatives.
Identify process deficiencies and develop improvement actions.
Develop presentations for management reviews of major projects
Participate in developing department goals, objectives, processes, procedures, and systems
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, or related field
Three (3) years of work experience, specifically experience as a business analyst or in a change management role
Ability to develop & deliver business cases and presentations
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills to interact efficiently with all levels of the organization
Ability to function as part of a team and work cooperatively toward team goals
Experience involving the implementation of organizational change initiatives
Qualified candidates will work well under pressure, demonstrate excellent problem solving and creativity, and be able to quickly evaluate new information and make appropriate decisions

Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary. Must have flexibility of work days to cover weekend requirements.
