Job Description: POSITION SCOPE: The Administrative Team Member will serve as a liaison for the collections staff to gather consumer data. The administrative team member will handle the processing of paperwork to assist the documentation completion and facilitation of the process. The administrative team works within federal, state and client collection guidelines and laws to assist the documentation process.
Position reports to: Administrative Team Supervisor
This position starts on August 12th, 2019.
Company Hours are 8:00am - 9:00pm, Monday - Thursday and 8:00am - 5:00pm on Friday. New hires will be required to work 2 late shifts (12:00pm - 9:00pm) a week (Mon-Thu).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles communication and correspondence to ensure complete and accurate information in transmitted when updating account. The process often requires reviewing the account information in database, and/or asking probing questions of the consumer in order to better understand the process.
Reviews all incoming correspondence for accuracy and completeness to ensure all necessary information has been provided by the consumer.
Meet or exceed monthly individual and departmental budgets
Must be reliable and dependable and available to work the assigned schedule
Follow all company policies and procedures
Meet all required deadlines
Maintain high standards of professionalism
Communicate effectively with all areas of the company
Complete all duties and tasks as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma and two to six months relevant experience is preferred
Previous experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related role is preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing proper grammar and telephone etiquette is preferred Prior PC and keyboard knowledge is preferred
Ability to compute basic math calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages is preferred
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Utilize effective decision making skills
Ability to gather information and document data in the operating system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm in emotionally tense situations
Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor in the work place
Available to work flexible hours
