Order Processing Administrator
Location: Franklin, TN
Duration: Contract (2+years)

Catapult Solutions Group is currently seeking an individual to assist with Order Processing duties during a time of increased volume for our client. This individual is responsible for maintaining a customer-facing admin inbox, inputting digital service contracts into a CRM system (customized Salesforce Lightening version), running reports within the CRM, responding in a timely manner to global customers, escalating issues and questions to appropriate line of business stakeholders.
- Entering orders/invoices into CRM System
- Creating customers in system and tracking orders
- Will use information for data entered to create reports in excel and track customer data.
