Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative change management, communications, and training specialist to help manage our internal human resources initiatives. In this fast-moving and exciting environment, you will be an important contributor to the success of the human capital organization. You are a key player in moving major projects and initiatives forward, in alignment with overall corporate strategy. You will partner with business leaders to understand drivers impacting the business. You will contribute to change management strategies that seek to drive awareness and organizational adoption of the related projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to obtain a deep understanding of change initiatives and their contribution to the success of the organization. You will drive awareness of and engagement around key business objectives and develop strategies to target specific audience groups with communications and trainings. To do this effectively, you insist on finding methods to engage the workforce in creative ways that avoid the use of traditional messaging channels (i.e., memo-style emails). You will promote a polished public image of the human resources team with your ability to output quality change management, communications, and training deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with executives and senior leadership to understand and put into place change management, communication, and training approaches that support key business strategies

  • Work within cross-functional teams in order to determine, shape, and gain agreement on change management and training approaches and deliverables

  • Develop, implement, and oversee out-of-the-box communications and training strategies

  • Create training and communications content and targeted messaging for our diverse workforce

  • Manage third party relationships and vendors that provide communications and training services, platforms, resources, and tools

  • Collaborate with the corporate communications team to align with overarching brand and marketing guidelines

  • BS/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, communications, and change management

  • Results-driven individual with a consultative approach to managing change management, communications, and training initiatives

  • Ability to assess complex situations and get to the root of issues in order to diagnose them

  • Consult with internal clients and provide solutions-oriented ideas and recommendations to help them solve business problems

  • Consult with Talent Acquisition on employer branding strategies to ensure that we‚€™re aligning with overall corporate branding strategies while creating an enticing image for employment candidates

  • Possesses an extreme attention to detail

  • Can provide tangible examples of innovative change management, communications, and training strategies you have implemented that have resulted in engaged and informed audiences

  • A high degree of creativity and latitude

  • Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset

  • Ability to use Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia to create eLearning and videos

  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally and visually

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management

  • Experience in web design and content production is a plus

  • Solid understanding of project management principles

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

  • Proficient command of English

  • Experience with Workday, iCIMS a plus
