RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Adept at simultaneously leading multiple, large-scale initiatives




  • Able to effectively communicate and sell ideas




  • Ensures budgets and timelines appropriately balance creative requirements and client needs




  • Anticipates staffing needs and works collaboratively with the Director of Creative Resources to identify and allocate resources efficiently




  • Works with the GCD/ECD to appropriately staff their business




  • Is proactive and collaborative in resolving conflicts amongst team peers




  • Volunteers to lead new business efforts and knows who to engage to ensure a winning effort




  • Works closely with Account Services, Ops and Planning to proactively identify/solve long- and short-term opportunities/risks



    REQUIREMENTS:




  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Strategic Marketing or Science preferred.




  • 10+ years of related Healthcare Agency Copywriting experience strongly preferred.












  • Writing experience in all media desired; strength with data related writing required.
