Job Description:

We are growing and looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter to partner with our hiring managers and Recruiting colleagues to drive the recruitment process from beginning through onboarding! The Recruiter will perform full-cycle recruitment functions to match qualified candidates for non-provider staffing needs. Responsible for staffing a wide range of positions including clinical and non-clinical support staff, as well as leadership roles. Will assist in maintaining job descriptions and position control, and participate in planning and implementing activities relating to staffing strategy and selection.

In this role you will:

  • Own the entire recruitment process from requisition approval, partnership with hiring managers, advertising, sourcing, candidate screening, interview, and offer process.

  • Build and maintain candidate pools within area(s) you support.

  • Drive recruiting efforts to match qualified candidates with all non-provider staffing needs.

  • In partnership with hiring managers, complete and/or update detailed job descriptions to ensure understanding of job duties and requirements, needs of the department.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers, stakeholders, community organizations, and other team members to create predictable results and credibility.

  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to develop selection criteria and identify qualified candidates.

  • Internal and external sourcing and screening of candidates from multiple sources to include applicant tracking system, job boards, social networking tools, career fairs, and cold calling as necessary.

  • Ensure staffing practices are compliant with state, federal, and IRS employment laws as well as corporate initiatives and business priorities.

  • Screen resumes and conduct pre-employment screening.

  • Ensures completion of hiring processes, including background checks, reference checks, drug screens, relocation, and other hiring processes.

  • Effectively interact with all levels of management and professionally represent the Human Resources function.

Education and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of two years recruiting experience, prefer those with experience in a healthcare environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit a diverse array of positions across organizational levels and functional areas and experience with full life-cycle recruiting components of sourcing, qualifying, assessing, legal, job analysis, and wage and salary trends.

  • Experience with HRIS systems required, Workday preferred.

  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment law.

  • Adept with technology and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social networking tools.

  • Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.

  • Must be a collaborative team player with great initiative.

  • Solid judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment, flexible to changing needs.

  • Must be intuitive, able to anticipate needs and develop options.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Possess analytical aptitude and the ability to connect with people and communicate important information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with internal and external customers.
