Job Description:
Job Summary: Oversees and directs all aspects of Oncology program including outpatient infusion, breast center imaging, and radiation therapy including dosimetry, physics including: safety, quality, staff development, physician referrals, and patient care/education. In addition, supervises the Warren Clinic oncology outpatient office in Muskogee and responsible for Oncology Care Model.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Health Sciences required. Master's preferred.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license of Oklahoma required. Alternatively Radiation Therapist (ARRT) licensure may be considered. Chemo certification and ONS membership preferred.
Work Experience: 5 years related experience. Management and related clinical required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication. Must maintain a compassionate, caring attitude towards patients and families as well as with physicians/employees. Demonstrate independent decision-making from many diversified alternatives.
