Job Description:
We are searching for a Retail Store Manager to manage daily operations at our Beaverton location. You would be responsible for maintaining a productive and motivated work environment and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or staff. The manager must ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the store, and ensure employees receive training necessary for their job responsibilities. A high level of customer engagement and satisfaction is critical to your success in this role, so previous sales and customer service experience is required. In addition, experience operating a multi-line telephone/computer as well as strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. In general a store manager will be required to deal with and try to solve any and all problems that may occur at any given time.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Answers telephone calls and responds to e-mails
- Responds promptly to customer and staff related issues/concerns
- Manages staff and merchandising to ensure operational efficiency and overall store presentation
- Problem solving, handling unusual circumstances using customer service principles
- Team development, monitors and employs training and learning opportunities
- Understands costs and sales goals, motivates the team to achieve related goals
- Ensures store supplies are properly stocked
- Monitors and assigns cleaning tasks to maintain orderly and effective store operation
- Can effectively and accurately read parts diagrams
- Handles cash and other forms of payment appropriately
- Documents and reports issues and successes to General Manager
