Lyneer Staffing Solutions is seeking to fill an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to assist Warehouse Manager with non-essential administrative duties and assist the Operations Team with various inventory related duties.

$18-$19/HR

Temp 2 Hire - Seeking Long Term Candidate

Duties Include:
• File digital and hard copies of all paper work (pick ticket, manifest and route sheets)
• Process previous day’s routes manifests and attached signatures into Eclipse
• Help answer phone calls and emails
• Process all daily driver paperwork
• Assist HR with new hire orientations and temporary employee paperwork
• Help Inventory Control process daily customer returns
• Prepare and process all COD’s collected while checking for accuracy
• Submit daily deposit to the corporate office
• Ensure that all employee files and training are up to date
• Assist Returns Department by ensuring all returned product and paperwork are

processed accurately and submitted to the corporate office daily.
• Prepare monthly operations report, and submit to Operations Manager
• Collect daily coupons received, create log and ship to corporate weekly
• Assist management with various other duties as needed

Job Requirements:
• Experience working with Distribution and /or Supply Chain Management Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel)
• Experience using a forklift
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screen (post offer)
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must possess a good attitude
• Strong understanding of confidentiality in the work place (facilitating HR paperwork on

site for corporate branch)
• Energetic / takes initiative
• High School Diploma and previous work history required

Salary/Benefits:
• $18.00/hr- $19.00/hr
• Two weeks’ vacation per year
• Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance offered after 60 days employment when hired directly.
• 401(K) offered after 1 year of employment. Newco matches up to 2% gross contributions
