Job Description:
Lead the US Talent Acquisition & Development function and partner with key leaders and hiring managers to develop a thorough knowledge of the business, culture (The New OSRAM), and value proposition
Work with global Center of Excellence to implement strategies for employer branding and social media to ensure that high-quality candidates are attracted to OSRAM
Deliver innovative, diverse recruiting strategies that consider current and future talent demands, including university marketing
Engage with business leaders and human resources partners to determine capability needs and roll-up into a workforce plan
Define action plans to achieve the workforce plan, in the areas of acquisition, development, re-skilling, redeploying and reduction planning
Lead executive and upper level searches for the company plan
Manage the movement of talent across the business ensuring that policies and practices are efficient and consistent with OSRAM
Provide direction and management to recruiters, recruitment agencies, and outsource partners
Keep abreast of market changes and trends to minimize impact on workforce and talent pipeline
Ensure that all candidates experience an exceptional interview, onboarding/immigration process
Work with global Center of Excellence and Business Partners to implement development and learning strategies
Act as local key expert for the global recruitment and learning management systems
Execute the local high potential program in collaboration with the Business Partners


Job Requirements:
Bachelorís degree with 10+ years professional work experience in talent acquisition and development
Proven success in meeting talent acquisition and development needs of a fast paced, global, high tech organization
Proven record of establishing best practices in the areas of sourcing, employer branding, inbound/outbound marketing, online search, pipelining, behavioral interviewing, assessment, potential evaluation and consultation
Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations including managing affirmative action plans, OFCCP audits and responses
