PeopleShare is hiring a Technical Recruiter to work in Ewing, NJ. This individual will support recruitment for scientific and technical positions within a growing company!



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

  • Pay rate: $19.00-$22.00/hour

  • Temporary-to-Hire opportunity



Job Responsibilities for the Technical Recruiter:



  • Support the HR director with staffing needs for R&D, scientific and technical positions

  • Sourcing candidates that meet required job specifications, through job boards and postings

  • Scheduling interviews for hiring managers

  • Assisting HR Director with additional tasks as needed

  • Maintain candidate files and conduct pre-employment screenings



Job Requirements for the Technical Recruiter:



  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in recruiting/staffing within R&D, technical or scientific field

  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette

  • Ability to meet goals and recruiting metrics
