Job Description:

The HT Group is partnering with a development, construction, and multi-family developer with its headquarters located in Austin. They are looking for a Corporate Recruiter. This is a great opportunity with a growing company! This is a Direct Hire role with bonus potential and lots of great benefits!

This position will work directly with hiring managers across the organization to ensure their needs are being met, and coordinate within the HR team to ensure the onboarding process kicks off without a hitch. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious self-starter who has had experience in the world of recruiting and is looking for more ownership in their role.

Direct Hire


  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for candidates across our organization, including at our corporate office and with our various properties across the country

  • Partner with the company's leaders to understand their hiring objective and develop a plan to hit hiring goals.

  • Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies to find top talent.

  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives like hiring events, creative sourcing and referral programs.

  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and guide them through our hiring process.

  • Represent the company's values from the first point of contact with candidates throughout the interview process.

  • Conduct first interviews, and coordinate, schedule and collect feedback for hiring managers throughout the interview process

  • Generate metrics to help us learn what is working and what isn't throughout our recruiting programs; using this feedback to adjust course where necessary


  • At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience.

  • Experience sourcing and closing positions ranging from entry-level to management positions.

  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.

  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table

  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people at all levels.

  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills.

  • Familiarity with analytical tools, reporting and data.

  • Experience with Jobvite and ADP a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
