Project Manager needed to perform the following job duties:

• Understanding the Project flow business requirement and converting it to functional requirement document.
• Providing appropriate solution for the financial business requirement
• Analyze the periodical data and provide marketing enhancement solutions
• Storage management (NetApp), Networking, Citrix, Cisco , Open VPN, OVF , Environment build, Server backup & recovery, lansweeper, sevone, appdimensions, container, IIS, MS Build, Ant, JIRA, SVN, GitHub
• Designing Algorithms and implementing the business requirements.
• Architect , Design and Develop an Enterprise trade processing application for Bonds, Shares & Funds business teams and bank operations teams, Risk, Regulatory Reporting Departments in Software testing Build Application for Banking and financial platform.
• Re-Architecting the systems to improve the performance of data processing.
• Developing algorithms for the functional requirement.
• Developing Java based applications which provides high performance data processing for the financial platforms
• Developing secure data processing techniques & algorithms which can reduce the data leakage risk to the organization like Citibank, Simplex etc.
• Developing Batch and Online programs using Java (Online) / Fortran (batch) languages that suites the business requirement.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis Mechanisms. Identify the issue and define optimistic solution.
• Performing reverse engineering and redesigning / re-writing the software application to improve the availability/scalability/performance.
• Critical Technical Production Issues Resolution: Root Cause Analysis, Strong Debugging Techniques, Collaboration with various technical teams, Strong Understanding of business flows and integrated up stream & downstream applications.
• Developing appropriate framework and design templates which suites the financial / accounting data processing.
• Developing reusable components using Java / portal technologies which can improve the productivity of the development phase in the SDLC.
• Analyzing the defect root causes, identifying the vital components and provide preventive mechanisms to avoid re-occurrence of the issues.
• Conducting periodical analysis on the application data and identify the vital fields which can be used for application enhancements.
• Identifying deliverables and support timelines and rearrange the development community (team) that fits the delivery/support requirement.
• Reporting to the management
• Requirement Analysis: Understand business needs of Front to Back Office users and provide the fitment & costing analysis report to the management.
• Understanding Financial Products & Assets and provide inputs to the business community on the legal terms and conditions suitable to the government policies.
• Provide periodical status report in various templates suitable to the middle and senior management from the technology shop and also to the business community.

Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or Information Technology Management or Computer/Management information systems.
