Job Description:
Requirements, Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening and written (Spanish and English)
GDS experience Amadeus preferred
Air Ticket Sales experience will be preferred
1 years experience working on a GDS air system would be preferred
Have excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, complaint resolution and negotiation skills
Proven record of building relationships
Possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and internet browser
Able to maintain customer confidentiality
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Willingness to work and be available for overtime hours as needed
Education and Qualifications
Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
Passion for delivering quality service and making a difference in the customer experience
Demonstrate a professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
Ability to work with others in close manner
Can learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high performance driven culture
