The Program Leader – Strategic Accounts will drive a world class post sales customer experience with our most important customers, primarily on direct fulfillment opportunities. You will be responsible for evaluating the current customer journey from order to cash, identifying gaps that drive poor customer satisfaction, and develop the overall management operating system for your customer advocates to ensure we deliver high customer satisfaction. You will work to coordinate the needs of the customer with other Honeywell functions such as order management, delivery, service and others.

Initially this role will be based in Fort Mill, SC with the potential to move to the Greater Charlotte area in the near future.​

Assist Strategic Account Managers with project management planning prior to order receipt

Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by managing an efficient and effective Customer Experience

Build, train, and lead a team of customer advocates to coordinate needs of strategic sales team to other Honeywell functions such as Order Management, Service, and ISC
Empower company's ability to timely respond to customer demands by coordinating across departments


Job Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years management experience
5+ years experience related to Customer Service / Operations
Ability to travel up to 25%


WE VALUE
Experience in AIDC, Software, and/or Information Technology Industry
An ability to lead through complexity and change
​An ability to think strategically
PMP certification preferred
