Essential functions:
Manage large scale projects at global level
Creation and keeping media plans in DoubleClick Planning (DCP); traffic campaigns in DCM
Work with Print and Digital Producers.
Respond and investigate to both internal and external escalation from novice end users to industry experts
Support training team members on campaign setup, optimizations, tactics and use of search tools, third party data and the development of writing and presentation skills
Work with Google Ads, including campaign management.
Work with ad platforms such as Google Ad Manager and MoPub a plus.
Serve as display media subject matter expert, providing recommendations and advising on best practices internally
Regularly overlook results of campaigns
Analyse performance to understand value provided by vendors
Support real time bidding (RTB) optimization and strategy through ad-exchange media buying
Support real time bidding (RTB) optimization and strategy through ad-exchange media buying.
Work Days:
Monday through Friday are required working days. It may be necessary to work on Saturday and Sunday.
Work Hours:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. are required working hours. It may be necessary to work during additional hours.



Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the Online Publishing or Advertising industry (Ad Network, Publisher, Ad Agency, DSP).
3 + years of experience as a leader of operations service.
Google Ads experience including paid search, video and display campaign management experience
Experience of working with web media formats (.gif, .jpeg, HTML5, VAST) and IAB ad formats.
3 + years of experience being leader of a group of international team of 5 or more people.
Experience in planning, buying and optimizing Facebook/Instagram ads.
Experience of video ad serving platforms is a plus (Rubicon, Doubleclick, PubMatic, SpotXchange, LiveRail) and programmatic products (Open RTB, Deal ID)
Google Ads experience including paid search, video and display campaign management experience
Being knowledgeable and proficient in the area of online advertising trends, latest research and developments in related technologies.
