OCK TOUR LTD. dba OK Tour in Coquitlam is looking for a Full-time & Permanent Travel Clerk Supervisor
Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor (NOC 6313)
Job Description:
- Supervise staff on a daily basis and prepare staff’s schedules
- Assign duties to staff and check all services being handled efficiently
- Hire, train and educate staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Liaise with operations/guides on a daily basis
- Planning tours, booking tickets & accommodations
- Resolve work-related problems, prepare and submit related reports
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in tourism field
- Experience of managerial position is an asset
- Completion of high school
Salary: $22~$27 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year
Job Type: Full-time & Permanent (8hrs/day, 40hrs/week)
